Company values are ethical. Great salary, health and dental benefits and training. Ability to work from home was much appreciated. Time off was sufficient.
Lack of support and communication from their HR. Overwhelming expectations initially with training and requirements. Need for career better opportunities. Once contract expired, most jobs were only available for internal candidates.
Advice to Management
Better transitional support and training, Printed materials for new users would be very beneficial. Too many requirements initially which was overwhelming. I definitely would have stayed with IBM but was not assisted by my HR manager. By the time I applied for positions, my contract ran out. I should have been allowed to apply earlier understanding that I would not be able to except a new position until the end of the contract.
