    Pros

IBM gives you numerous opportunity to show case your talent. Not just in the field of your Area of work but any additional talent you have. Like singing, Dancing etc.
In IBM India, we got frequent Dance or Zumba workshops along with Painting, Guitar classes and many others.
I am working in IBM as a SAP Security Consultant, so we got a tie up with SAP wherein we got access to their online Library where we can refer all their study material.
If you work hard, you will get the perks. We have many awards like Orion or Spark which is a cash awards for the talented and hardworking employees.
Now the most amazing part and I will cherish this for the rest of my life. The IBM Corporate Services Corps Program.
Every year IBM Sends its top-rated employee for a Pro bono consulting program to any of the developing Countries. Here you get a chance to work with a team of 10 to 15 IBMer’s from 9 or 10 different countries. It’s a non-Profit assignment where you get a chance to serve the Community.

    Cons

Yearly Increment can be a bit higher.
