    Pros

Have many opportunities to improve your knowledge with courses and training

    Cons

you should be 18 months in a project to have the opportunity to change to another, but if you are not good with this you can't move to another until that time.

    Advice to Management

Some managers come to be managers only because have more time in the project but they don't have the skills to have that position.

I worked at IBM as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good income, professional working style and work flow, friendly positive atmosphere, and you get to wear a suit all day long. I got to work with great colleagues that knew what they were doing. Plus IBM had cross-competence employees (e.g. an Physicist as team leader) which I see as indicator for an open minded business culture.

    Cons

No deeper connection with colleagues. No free food supply at the place I got to work at. No good parking opportunities around the workplace area. The focus lies on working professionally, not on the social side.
