I have been working at IBM full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work at! People are nice and atmosphere is comfortable. The IT department had a lot of growth.

    Cons

Far drive from where I live. The commute would take forever. There were lots of projects to work on in the IT dept.

    Advice to Management

Allow more time on the projects in the IT dept. Sometimes we were rushed so the projects did not come to be as perfect.

I worked at IBM as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Is a good company developing amazing projects in the security field. I had a good experience, I learned a lot of their products and their technologies. They use Macbooks, haha! I made a Python script for the IBM QRadar® SIEM.

    Cons

I didn't find any cons during my internship. I loved my experience there.

I worked at IBM as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get a lot of benefits working at such a large company like IBM, housing stipend was on point, and Watson in general is an incredibly cool/unique product. Plus they fly you out to one of the main IBM campuses (if you're a Watson intern) for the finale event! Definitely learned a lot during this entire experience.

    Cons

Because it's so large/interns are split up into many different teams, I feel like every intern has a very different experience that can be better or worse depending on where you are. Felt kind of isolated from other interns, although it seemed some areas were better connected than others. Corporate climate also means that you're not quite sure if you'll make an impact.
