    Flexibility to work shift as you work virtually
    Management is great to work with, and everyone is understanding of mistakes

    No opportunity for a Contractor to transition to full-time status
    Not able to participate in all the great educational opportunities

    Offer Contractors the ability to become full-time employees so that we may also participate in career and education opportunities.

    * Friendly environment, coworkers
    * You get to work on cool technologies depending on the project

    Cons

    * IBM eliminated the perk to work from home
    * Medical insurance is not very competitive
    * Lack of motivation to work there long term as the company does not seem to care about its employees
    * It seems that IBM is no longer competitive in many areas
