    You can get lots of freedom conducting projects with cross-functional teams and share in openness environment.

    Cons

    The orientation is lame and the outdated internal processes do a great job pushing people out of the company even faster.

    Advice to Management

    All works take time. Current evaluation standard is not feasible and reasonable. It's time to change the measurement and establish some ownership deeply.

    Excellent work-life balance. People there are very nice.

    Cons

    The tech stack they used was old, at least for my team. The workload is too little. Not many things to learn from the job.
