    Flat organization. A lot of opportunities to work with peers overseas.

    Cons

    Not much training opportunity. If you really want to survive there, you need to do everything to get things you want and can not wait for any help.

    flexible working style

    Low salary compare to its long working time.
    There are many software, but some software is not competitive

    focusing to the cloud services and cognitive service is very good .
    profit of sistem integration and operational outsourcing will be decreasing.
