    Pros

    - Up to 6% 401K matching - 3 month paid maternity & paternity leave - Great internal education opportunities (tons of resources) although this isn't relevant to Salesforce

    Cons

    - Make the company money or you're laid off - Massive company with slow, outdated processes and systems - Terrible culture - Offshore devs - Slow promotions - Unclear career path - Poor Salesforce education and no encouragement to seek certifications - Low salary with poor bonus structure

    Advice to Management

    It's 2019, let's update the processes and systems that are extremely outdated. Coming from a company that was acquired, you acquired those companies for a reason. IBM ruins every company they acquire and all of the talent that was acquired ends up leaving. Let the companies keep their own brand and culture. Motivate your people to stay, pay your people what the market is offering for their skills and help bring energy...
