    Pros

Potential for personal growth and career opportunities/ promotion from within.

    Cons

Technology, I.T., cultural mindset ("We've always done it this way"). Slow to adapt needed change.

    Advice to Management

Attract millennial generation to replace retiring baby boomers. Invest in I.T. and needed tech/ operational upgrades.

    I worked at IBT full-time

    Pros

Well organized, generally friendly, slightly higher then average salary.

    Cons

Long inconsistent days with unexpected overtime, groups didn't grasp "big picture" and only knew what they were supposed to accomplish.

    Advice to Management

Disseminate information better and keep employees in the loop. Better training opportunities would help both employees, skills and morale.

    I worked at IBT full-time

    Pros

Mostly 9-5 hours. Decent amount of PTO time. Some flexibility in general with working around personal hours you may need to take. Freedom to browse internet enough to apply for new jobs when you realize you need to get out while you can.

    Cons

Google this company, all the negative stories are 100% true. Integrity & Reputation do not matter when you goal is not to maximize profits for owners but rather to be a cash front for something else. Employees are a means to an end.

    Advice to Management

Don't be arrogant, lack of transparency and all around being less than truthful about your purpose isn't going to last long when the majority of your employees are JOURNALISTS
