    Pros

Great people. Friendly, warm, collegiate. Each year they do a 1 day party called Charity Day in which everyone dresses in costume, a dozen celebrities visit the office for autographs and pictures, and the firm donates all the days revenues to charity. Special experience.

The management seems motivated to help you succeed by making sure you're up to date on training and certifications. They seem to respond to requests for change in a reasonable way.

    Advice to Management

Continue encouraging personal growth and streamlining the businesses. Continue encouraging change where needed and being proactive as opposed to reactive.
