Really easy work, a lot of older folk work there so if you play your cards right you can get some free food! Really laid back especially the night shift.

Not much room for advancement. Although it does happen if a lead ends up leaving.

Office politics, but that's an issue everywhere, sometimes the morale was seriously lacking

Very nice group of employees. Modern offices and warehouse.

Managers seem largely unable to do the hard things re: employees - terminations, accurate reviews. Sometimes takes years to terminate managers who do nothing! Pay disparities.

The National Manager is a good person. The owner has an aloof attitude, and treats everyone as a number. If you like that, go for it.

Work Environmen=Library. No Culture, Dishonest Negative Owner who never sees good in his employees. Punished for hitting sales goals,by cutting pay plan.

Very fast paced work environment but not overwhelming

Turn over rate is pretty high, Parent company is pretty slow to accomplish things for direct ICC needs
