    Pros

It was great while it lasted. The support staff in my department were amazing. I went through a generally detailed training, and had a great director who assisted me through each step of the way.

    Cons

Working by the hour was difficult at first, but I eventually got the hang of it.

    Advice to Management

Just a few kinks with Moodle, but generally a great system.

I worked at ICDC College full-time

    Pros

A lot of hard co-working employees that legitimately care about the product, service, and the student.

    Cons

Doesn't matter whether you've been there for 5 months or 5 years, they'll fire you all the same on a whim.

    Advice to Management

Your employees matter more than you think.

I worked at ICDC College (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Prior to approximately 2012, it was a great place to work, with supportive, flexible management and and a lack of micromanagement so employees were empowered to rise to the challenges, problem solve and use their skills creatively.

    Cons

The newer management and newer HR department have had a seriously negative influence on employee morale and have contributed to a much more generic corporate atmosphere with plenty of wasted time in mind numbing meetings, dealing with supposed 'money saving' protocols and meaningless rules, tons of paperwork and nitpicking about incidentals.

    Advice to Management

I would return to the previous management and previous system of flexibility and lack of corporate influence, as it was a much better and more motivating place to work for all the employees. Most of the best people have left because of the changes, and the people still there are generally discouraged and unmotivated.

I worked at ICDC College full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No micro managing, good team building events weekly and annually, get paid well if you know what to ask for up front, and great location close to freeways and many places for lunch

    Cons

Insurance options aren't that great, no 401k matching (at least not for lower level employees), and you must produce otherwise your job will be on the line.

    Advice to Management

Hard to give advice since I've never been a manager, but I would say to make sure to keep team moral up. They better everyone feels about their job the better they will do.
