    Pros

It was great while it lasted. The support staff in my department were amazing. I went through a generally detailed training, and had a great director who assisted me through each step of the way.

    Cons

Working by the hour was difficult at first, but I eventually got the hang of it.

    Advice to Management

Just a few kinks with Moodle, but generally a great system.

I worked at ICDC College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The only pros were meeting great people. That's pretty much it. I've met some pretty good people at this company that I will always keep in contact with.

    Cons

The management sucked big time. All the bad reviews on here are true. I don't even have to repeat what others have already said. I will say this though, there's a reason that the school is now closed. Just take a look at what others have said. This has to be the worst company I have ever worked for. But one thing that I took away from this horrible company, and that is to make sure that I keep a paper trail of everything. These people seemed hell bent on throwing each other under the bus. It's amazing to me that a few of the managers lost their jobs just like the rest of us when the school closed which put them in the exact same boat as the rest of us. But they were the main ones talking down to people in the department, throwing people under the bus. They were the worst people to work under.

    Advice to Management

The only thing I have to say about the backwards management is for them to take inventory of themselves on a personal and professional level. There's always room for growth, so it is advisable to figure out how to be a better person. I really hope this experience taught all of you to remain humble no matter what position you are in . Because you never know who might end up being your boss or your manager.

I worked at ICDC College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Mom & Pop school that had potential for growth. As long as you worked hard and stayed consistent with meeting your proposed goals, you were sure to advance up to next sales position. Often had training available for slumping Reps, but the training was outdated. Within my years worked here, I advanced in pay pretty quickly until I hit a ceiling.

    Cons

Marketing used to be great 3 years ago but then somehow it started to slump ever since Company took on a new subsidiary. Seems the more focus was placed on the subsidiary that it caused for revenue to go down with ICDC. This in turn caused for Sales Reps to get less of $$ compensation come review time.

    Advice to Management

Better allocations of marketing dollars and future projects.

I worked at ICDC College (More than a year)

    Pros

My coworkers were the best part of working at ICDC. Some Instructors and Management really did care about the students.

    Cons

Students were hounded on a daily basis. Students were not first priority. More concerned about making money. No job stability at all!

    Advice to Management

Layoffs should be based on review, not seniority! Some of the best workers were let go due to downsizing!

I worked at ICDC College full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Personally no pros. However, if you know the right people you can earn a decent salary ESPECIALLY admissions.

    Cons

Everything! Upper management is/was terrible. No leadership skills in the department i worked in. Department managers are constantly telling you to get on the "que" and handle very incompeted student calls but yet when there were complaints and students requested to speak to a "manager" the stupid leads would take it instead of the actual managers. There were people lazy as lazy can be making bank! While others worked their tails off and making $15 an hour no bs man. Rumors are admission make about 60-90k for being just that admission, some with no college background...

    Advice to Management

Close down, school is greedy not in for the students rather that federal funding. People that enroll here need to go to some type of adult education to be better adequete as computer not pay the ridiculous 16,600 fee for a lil diploma from ICDC College...

    Pros

None, the operations managers are all Russians that dont no what they are doing, it all goes down hill from there.

    Cons

They just laid off the only director that had any leadership ability, they also laid off all managers and half the reps. We used to be a disaster, we improved under new regional, yet now we will go back to the drinking at lunch and no structure. We will not last for much longer.

    Advice to Management

Stop the favoritism and stop getting rid of great leaders.
