I have been working at ICL full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good pay for amount of work you do. Nice people to work with. Ok benefits. Located in all boroughs. Lenient with time management.

    Cons

Not staff oriented. Social service company however higher management are not person centered. Benefits are too expensive. Hiring process should not be six weeks.

    Advice to Management

    Accommodate staff more.
