I worked at ICL full-time for more than a year

    Pros

ICL is serving some of the most marginalized people and communities in NYC.

    Cons

Primarily a provider of mental health housing masking itself behind community mental health programs. Quantity over quality. Pay is low, Work is hard, which sadly means that talent is minimal and service is poor.

    Advice to Management

Healthcare is moving faster than you are. The company is in a bubble patting itself on the back around being person centered. Person Centered is more than asking clients questions. It means collecting the right data and metrics to inform you to better engage.
