    Neutral Outlook

I worked at ICON DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

When I worked there it had a small company feel and everyone worked well as a team.

    Cons

Prior to leave the atmosphere had changed and was more like big pharma where each individual was siloed in their position and not much opportunity to work as a team.

    Advice to Management

Do not micro manage the staff; if you ask for advise then listen to what is said.
