    I worked at ICONMA full-time

    Pros

    working at a home office

    Cons

This company needs to hire folks out of college so they can babysit them and make them tick mark every call, every single detail of their day. Micromanage and not allow for flexible schedule for personal reasons without backlash.

I worked at ICONMA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Barely worth the repetitive effort

    Cons

A revolving door of Associate Recruiters: my experience with this company is always the same. They ask me the same questions every time they submit me, and those times have been numerous, and I have been previously under their employ twice! They inundate me with calls and emails for 2 days, and then never follow up. It's a horrendous process.

I have been working at ICONMA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work/Life Balance, Compensation, Communication and ability to collaborate with co-workers . I have enjoyed working for ICONMA and look forward to continuing my career here.

    Cons

No 401K Matching, Benefits (PTO, Sick Days, Maternity, etc) could be reviewed more than just annually to keep up with the changing market trends. Overall, I do not have to many "cons". As with every company there are always ups and downs throughout the year wither it is a "bad" manager or your performance as an employee is not going the way you feel it should. Just continue to stay flexible, competent, and disciplined in your work and move on from the bad scenarios that can pop up from time to time.
