Management conducts quarterly reviews and rewards salary increases as well as bonuses to those who meet/exceed their goals. Management is flexible with work schedules and allows employees to working from home when needed. If you work hard at ICONMA you will be rewarded. ICONMA offers a wide range of sourcing tools that other staffing firms do not. Every employee is provided with the tools needed to be successful. It's not a sink or swim environment like other staffing firms. Employees are provided with a chance to really find their niche and grow.

    Cons

No 401k matching. It takes time to learn all of the processes.

I have been working at ICONMA full-time

    Pros

I have been with ICONMA for years and honestly can say that this feels like home to me. There is a positive work / life balance which makes it easier for working parents. Management takes our ideas into consideration and makes adjustments as necessary. I see the teams I work with more as a family than just co-workers. The growth since I started has been exponential and the care shown by the management is impressive. Team building is a frequent occurrence and promotion from within is also very common. Certainly room for growth in any department.

    Cons

No official break room in this particular location. Nothing else to "bark" about.

    Advice to Management

Your care for the company is impeccable. Never lose sight of the fact that your employees are the "drivers behind the wheel" who can give you front row insight and suggestions to overcome hardships we may be facing in certain areas. Please listen and take their advice into consideration.

Always remain approachable (as you've always been) regardless of how big you become. We appreciate you!

I have been working at ICONMA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

ICONMA is a company that promotes from within ( I was promoted twice ), cares about its employees and clients. We have an extensive client list of top name companies and various support teams that allow recruiters to do what they do best- recruit. ICONMA does not require recruiters to onboard or spend day with administrative tasks. We also provide excellent on-going training. Our quarterly team building events are great too! Very excited about the new array of employee benefits that have been rolled out and our President’s club contest!

    Cons

Add a 4th week of PTO after 3 years of service and offer 401 K matching

I have been working at ICONMA full-time

    Pros

ICONMA has provided me with great tools to go far in a variety of careers, with the company or anywhere else. They truly value employees that go above and beyond- allow flexibility, work from home when needed, and are overall supportive of the sales team. Employees have great visibility. If you work hard, you can go far and make great money with the company!

    Cons

Not necessarily a con, but the benefits could improve in some areas.

    Advice to Management

Keep valuing employees who work hard and go above and beyond. Improving benefits will go a long way with improving retention and hiring new employees. Overall, a very good company to work for!
