Pros
My time at ID.me was overall a very positive and uplifting career move - my team and direct supervisor were very supportive, and always took the time to recognize your efforts and hard work.
Cons
Extremely high expectations from senior leadership to work on the weekends to hit goals while having a "quality over quantity" mindset.

They also add on an incentive for work over production needs
Cons

Pros
If you want to show up and work really hard, you can go places at ID.me. Without a leader that's engaged and proactive, however, you will be at a stand-still and hate your life.
Cons
There are a ton of jerks. You work overtime without the pay, they definitely try to low-ball people with compensation and you don't get equity if you are in Member Support until your contract converts/ if ever. They have a bunch of turn-over so they will put people in management positions without any training or previous experience - can be a "do what I say" toxic type environment. Not a lot of transparency to address negative press, more of a drink-the-koolaid and don't ask questions vibe... or just watch the CEO fire people unexpectedly

no work-life balance, hours are ridiculous, mentally exhausting

- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
If you like working with customers, the work is simple and reasonable enough! Great pay for the expectations, honestly. And your coworkers are great, always a fun time in the office.
Cons
Hours are kind of odd and, if you don't meet the daily quota, management can be quite unforgiving.
