    Pros

Good medical, 401K matching, and some bonuses.

    Cons

Extreme top down structure means bringing in outside management who know very little of the business to "rule over" the people who have built the business. Missing the target.

    Advice to Management

The true value of the company is more than the stock value. "Lean" on foresight.

I have been working at IDEX full-time

    Pros

Very good benefits and fair treatment. Generous travel budget. Fairly good communication from the top down.

    Cons

Lots of reorganizations. It's hard to keep track of who your boss is. Despite the enormous size of the company overall, it still feels like you work in a small company with limited resources. They never hire, only shrink teams. There seems to be a lot of poor morale in the operations environment.

    Advice to Management

Stabilize the structure, invest in R&D, improve delivery and quality. Hire only the best people, not just anyone so that you can fill the position.
