    Pros

If for some reason you want to work the night shift for mediocre wages, this is the job for you. On the plus side the job isn't particularly taxing and you'll meet some nice team-mates.

    Cons

Awful leadership on my shift. focussed on anything negative rather than all the positive. Team leader specialized in demeaning and undermining staff. Massive turnover in workers form one quarter to the next. No rewards for exceeding targets.

    Advice to Management

Check out why you're best performing staff only last a few months and there's such a high turnover of staff on the Nightshift.

I have been working at IDG Connect full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small business unit within bigger global company. Good benefits. Good training opportunities. Some excellent leadership. Good culture/values.

    Cons

Small business unit within bigger global company. Low salary. Lots of stress depending on department. Minimal progression opportunities. Office space rather small.

    Advice to Management

    Improve progression opportunities and salary.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at IDG Connect part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I took that job as a part-time which is very good because hours are very flexible. The job himself and the International team help to improve languages. The salary is not too bad for that kind of job.

    Cons

Always doing and saying the same thing all day long with that feeling that you can only reach your target if you're lucky or if the campaign is good... Management seems to be done by people who absolutely don't know the reality of the agent work. They give advices and guidelines to follow which don't match to reality. No opportunity of evolution.

    Advice to Management

Management should do the agent job for 1 or 2 weeks before to start managing...
