    Pros

    Great co-workers
    Flexible schedule - can take appointments and are able to leave early here and there if you need to.
    Fair amount of activities and opportunities to win prizes/gifts

    Cons

    Not proactive to company issues
    Pay is a bit lower than one would expect
    Management doesn't really listen to employees; they ask for feedback, but nothing happens with it.

    None this company is going to close soon

    Cons

    Horrible management, company does not know what they are doing has bad account staff with bad attitudes. Company does not listen to employees. No one has degrees, so they do not know the first thing about running a business. Turnover rate is horrible.

    Start looking at your self instead of others to see why your business is not growing. You

    team work amongst co-workers is ok

    Cons

    Bad management, high employee turn over rate, low pay, managers are stuck in their positions and make you feel like a invaluable employee.

    Advice to Management

    LISTEN to your employees and make the office atmosphere more worker friendly
