I have been working at IDS (International Decision Systems) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Personal Growth: Multiple technology exposure with best of both the worlds; old and new technologies, scope for personal learning, self paced individual learning opportunity, vital understanding of the culture of working on a sophisticated product and many more Office Culture: Employee friendly, very easy going with almost no dirty politics, leg pulling, etc and fun loving atmosphere where you can do your job... without any other tension Work-Life Balance: Employee centered with diverse HR policies where-in flexi timings and understanding of one's personal life by the manager playing a key role in maintaining the work-life balance of almost every employee. This gives that extra motive to go to the office every day and come back home with peace of mind

    Cons

Yet to find one as benefits are more and perks are nice including lunch, fitness, internet, etc

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Bravo. I personally like the vision of the CEO, Mike Campbell, of a steady and controlled growth with focus on quality than quantity.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at IDS (International Decision Systems) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good co-workers. Pleasant working environment. Get to learn a lot of things, to use the latest technologies and tools

    Cons

Low job security. They cater to a niche market and have very few products. If a couple of customers are lost, the product is shelved and so is the team. Management is biased sometimes.
