    Pros

Good Reputation. Interesting Professional Colleagues. International Environment. Competitive pay and decent work-life balance.

    Cons

Gender and Class Biased. It's Right-Wing politically orientation constrain personal growth . Obsessive focus on Clientelism over quality of knowledge produced. Very Obscure company dynamics mostly based on personal-lobby over merits. Complete dissociation between what they sell and what workers and students find once inside. Lots of back-stabbing.

I have been working at IE International Institution full-time for more than a year

    Pros

young, international team, there is some possibility to work from home/remotely, flexibilty with schedule, generally very good working atmosphere within team (with collegues at advisor level/associate director), there can be times with intense work load but for me personally brings interesting challenges, there are quite a lot of holidays

    Cons

senior management does not listen to us "low" workers, for this you can be made to feel very disposable/replaceable, minimal career progression unless you have a masters from IE, high staff turnover (due to low pay and no progression after 2/3years) which can be disruptive to work flow and lower team morale

I have been working at IE International Institution full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Colleagues and networking with professors

    Cons

There is a complete and utter disconnect between what this top business school teaches to its students and what it really practices as a business. It is a business run like an antiquated family-run business (which it is). If you don't have a masters from IE it is impossible to get a raise unless moving departments (and even then salaries are shockingly low). Even with a masters from any other top university won't get you paid fairly. If it's not from IE (relevant field not even necessary), then you are apparently worth less. It is very hierarchial. And it is very vertical. There is no flexibility (working from home, remote work, etc). Also, the standards of programs given is very low as management is more concerned about money than about creating proper value for their clients. It's really a shame.
