    Pros

    Co-workers and work environment is decent.

    Cons

    Like many other companies, company politics makes working here stressful.

    People connection. Once you know the people there, you would be able to develop lasting friendship.

    Cons

    You need to know how to play with the politics in the company in order to thrive. Not much room to move. Good starting job as a stepping stone in industrial computer industry.

    Pros

    Co-workers are nice and managers are reasonable person. Great work and life balance. Good step stone if you are interest on PC industrial.

    Cons

    Pay and benefit are lower than average. benefit is OK but also no good. No promotion room.

    Advice to Management

    Try to increase your employee value and have a proper pay for the engineer.

    Work and balance life, all coworkers are friendly

    Terrible salary with limited career improvement

    -Put more value toward the effort of employee devoted into the projects
    -Higher salary

    work and balance life. Easy going co-worker in the company. co-worker just like your friend

    Cons

    Salary is low, and benefit is poor. Health insurance is way bad compare to the american company.

    Pros

    Back office support personnel are helpful and professional.

    Cons

    Lacking language skills, the US management shuns all occasions requiring English language and provides no leadership or company direction. Yet, it still expects business to run perfectly. Consequently, things do not happen as they should be. There is always finger pointing in the most unimaginable way and employees were let go without full explanation.

    Advice to Management

    When in Rome, do as Romans do. Get a management team that respects and knows the US culture and how business should be run.

    Pros

    Reasonable compansation and benefit among its peers (foreign-operated companies) if you received bonus quarterly/ yearly.
    Office space is great and location is close to freeway.

    Cons

    Lack of respects from the managements. It is very hard for newcomers, you may not get the resources/ supports from the managements and colleagues.

    Advice to Management

    "Success is only achieved when people are allowed to become the best they can be, and that this is only possible when they are given the tools and opportunities to fulfill their potential."
