    Pros

The environment in relation to people is very nice and comfortable, I am able to work sufficiently and with my coworkers

    Cons

The environment in relation to the climate and accessibility varies from time to time , yet it does not affect my performance or thoughts about coming in to work.

    Advice to Management

None that I can say that would really affect the employee work situation as it is in my own mind, yet everyone view things differently.

I worked at IFCO Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you like busy work that makes the time go by then this is a good job for you. The work wasn't mind challenging but physically it was enough movement to keep you in shape. The pay was fair for what I was doing and the benefits were on par with the industry.

    Cons

Could be dangerous if you aren't alert of your surroundings. I was common for Forklifts to zoom by you and not see you at all. Some of the products had hanging nails or pieces that would impale or cut you often. It wasn't a week that went by that I didn't gain a new cut somewhere. A lot of times we'd run out of supplies and had to make due with what we had in the time being.

    Advice to Management

    None
