    Very enterpreneurial, Strong motivation. Good work ethics. Nice people.

    Cons

    Too many ad hoc decisions. too little delegation of power

    Advice to Management

    set stiffer targets for senior management and remove any favourtisim

    The company is considered to be one of the biggest and established FMCG company in UAE.

    Cons

    The salary offers for entry and junior level are quite low.

    Kindly conduct yearly performance review as employees are looking forward for increments

    IFFCO is company full of thugs and goons ,they have zero respect for employees,Salaries are pathetic andworkstandard sucks its hype that still keeps their name going in market ,
    "when 1 employee complains person is bad when two do it 2 person are bad but when 20 do it

    company is bad :)

    stay umemployed but don't work for Thugs!

    That depends on wether they would even pay heed to it ,
    Guys treat Your employees well they are not junk and you do no favor to them either by providing them visas,

    IFFCO is growing day by day, allowing you to learn more and more.

    Need to make IFFCO a place where people actually want to work. Whether you accept or not, people appreciate and talk good about companies who are good pay master. Hire the right people and pay them well.

    Pros

    Salary is on time. Most of the employees are south indians & working on low wages.

    Cons

    No Growth , No New ideas are welcome.
    Nepotism and Politics is prevalent.
    Also No appreciation for any new ideas or changes.
    If you are good at playing politics without much talent then this might be the right company for you.

    Advice to Management

    Start coming to offices rather than sitting and spending cash at home.
