    Nothing to say good about IFFCO.

    No career growth, minimum % of increments they provided, every year give some reason and regret words instead of bonus. politics is everywhere

    Kick off from company to all Managers from India and Pakistan.

    This is a flexible work environment and has great people. You learn a lot on some challenging initiatives.

    Pros

    Top Management is very strong functionally as well as in setting the right culture. People are treated well and take care of in every possible way.

    Cons

    Work life balance can be improved since some units do have managers sitting in till very late office hours.

    Advice to Management

    There are too many CEOs. Let there be one CEO with business heads reporting into them so that the overall company purpose and strategy is clear at the top and helps to trickle the same down below to all the product divisions.
