    Nothing to say good about IFFCO.

    Cons

    No career growth, minimum % of increments they provided, every year give some reason and regret words instead of bonus. politics is everywhere

    Advice to Management

    Kick off from company to all Managers from India and Pakistan.

    This is a flexible work environment and has great people. You learn a lot on some challenging initiatives.

    Some downsides are not enough headcount in the company.

    Too many ad hoc decisions. too little delegation of power

    None ,Absolute exploitation of employees

    IFFCO is company full of thugs and goons ,they have zero respect for employees,Salaries are pathetic andworkstandard sucks its hype that still keeps their name going in market ,
    "when 1 employee complains person is bad when two do it 2 person are bad but when 20 do it

    company is bad :)

    stay umemployed but don't work for Thugs!

    That depends on wether they would even pay heed to it ,
    Guys treat Your employees well they are not junk and you do no favor to them either by providing them visas,
