I worked at IFP New Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can concentrate on the most important part of your work: science. Nice discussion. Super teams. Friendly people. Nice extra services for employees.

    Cons

There is too much hierarchy and regulation which stops flexibility.
As a foreigner, you need to have a good command of French.

    Advice to Management

Keep the good scientific work. Reduce the amount of meetings (and shorten them). Most of the time they are just a waste of time.

I worked at IFP New Energy full-time

    Pros

    Advice to Management
