    Positive Outlook

I have been working at IGIB full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The best interdisciplinary research environment I know of in the country. As a student, you can go to any lab or any faculty to help solve your problem or provide reagent to help finish your crucial experiment. Excellent talent pool among faculty as well as students.

    Cons

Insufficient space which forces to have split campuses. No hostel facility as of now, but one coming up soon. Library is poor. Laid back administrative staff.
