    Independence and the ability to have no commission cap

    The commission rates are too low and the renewals do not bring up your commission tiers

    Corporate Support is excellent. Periodic conferences and meetings help make workers feel at home.

    Cons

    Strict quota demands, irrespective of the season.

    Got to move around all depts and help VP, HR, and head of VLS dept

    Turnovers and unstable of other employees. Long work hours

    You can work dressed whatever you like, interesting working.

    Really impossible deadlines, benefits are not so great, the system is a building over a quicksand.
