Very nice people to work with as a dishwasher. They also provided extra hours according to my schedule.

Pros
You can go smoke whenever you want as long as your not a server or cook. Free meals and there are second Chance employer means they hire felons so that's good that's about it

The better of a job you do the worse you get treated. It shouldn't matter if your late as long as you do a good job and leave nothing for the next shift to do behind you. There's German roaches every where. Day time dishwashers nor management or any one really cares if the plates and pots and pans have food on them still for the roaches to feed off of them feed the customers off of. I was told not to worry about Re cleaning the dirty dishes I could be doing something else like cleaning the floors. I honestly don't know when clean floors Trump clean dishes in a restaurant. Other employees would not show up no call no show be on the side of the building smoking weed having sex in their cars doing whatever the hell they want that I have one no call no show just one and I get fired whatever I left that kitchen or that dish room spotless everyday this is the worst IHOP in San Antonio probably in Texas

Its kinda fun if you have the energy really and if your smart you can made deals with the servers to get tips for prioritizing there tables

Its exhausting if you are short staffed and can be very irritating in the start because you have to work very fast with seemingly no breaks and there are times where working fast can mess you up in the end

Entitled nasty black people. Favoring dikes a black favoritism. Bullying. Nasty coworkers. Blacks constantly play the race card. Whining about racism all the time. Won’t stop listening to gangbanger rap and then wants to cry about racism.
