    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at IIM Lucknow full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great place to start your career. But once you get entrenched, the place gets you.

    Cons

The leadership is dumb, has no clue of what is happening in the outside world. There is constant shifting of blame, and unnecessary abdication of powers.
    Irrational decisions
Rules made for managing exceptions, and applied to the entire institute. When someone is rogue, the leadership gets cracking on the whole institute. How inept.

    Advice to Management

Be open to suggestions, please. Listen to senior faculty.
