    Pros

Nothing except uniform of the college

    Cons

Poor management. Students are tortured. They don't even know meaning of technical. On technical fest girls dance and bands are entertained instead of projects. False and flop decisions are taken by management to curb the freedom of students.
Practicals are not done properly. Students are made to copy lab manuals Instead of performing experiments and most of machines have been damaged or never touched from many years.

    Advice to Management

Run less classes give more emphasis to practicals and encourage projects made by students.

    Pros

This institution is good platform for those who wanna start their career as faculty although such kind of institutions are making fool the Indian Govt. They show on record salary defer to which they give in actual which is being a big scam inside all private institutes in India.Although they take a lot of money from students but they don't spend on faculties and labs. Areal faculty can not stay there faculty can not stay there for long time.

    Cons

A good place to learn politics in teaching profession.

    Advice to Management

Change the deputy Director and appoint a Technical Director over there with power.
