I worked at ILF Consulting Engineers full-time

    Pros

There are definitely a select few employees outside of management that do have potential and are a pleasure to work with.

Upper management are a disgrace, absolutely no opportunity to advance within this company and the way employees are treated is disgusting.

I worked at ILF Consulting Engineers full-time

    Pros

There were some good people outside of the senior management group.

    Cons

The senior management group are inexperienced with virtually no positive leadership qualities. It seemed like they were political appointments that would tow the company line and agree with whatever the European based CEO wanted to hear. I can't see this group of clowns lasting long.

    Advice to Management

Seriously take a good look in the mirror and acknowledge that you have no right to be where you are. The extreme sense of mean-spiritedness, discrimination and outright abuse that is regularly practiced is disgusting. You guys are an embarrassment to anyone that had hoped to advance their career with this company.
