      Pros

Working environment is great, has it's own bistro and cafeteria. And it's convenient to go to World Bank cafeteria where has great food through the underground tunnel. And also the people here are very friendly and willing to learn from each other.

      Cons

No clear promotion path for contractual employee.

      Challenging, competitive, and dynamic

      Pros

Competitive benefit offerings, trans-formative work environment for any career type, and value placed on positive change.

      Cons

Overall outlook depends on department and job function--specialized career streams are often given more room to grow. Not many cons for younger staff with the exception of having to endure drawn out long term career growth. Value on traditional credentials and experience are keeping highly talented individuals away from this type of institution.
