    Pros

young energetic staff that is provided every resource to succeed

    Cons

very large company and sometimes like a pawn

    Advice to Management

continue to improve infrastructure around your employees. The back channels for doing business internally such as SAP are very archaic.

I worked at IMG Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Incredible campus with Under Armour as a primary sponsor. The athletic facilities truly prove to be great.

    Cons

It's 100% political; think drama. The students/athletes often come from extremely rich/spoiled backgrounds and cause trouble almost daily. Worse, if you discipline them, they call a parent, and the parent in turn calls someone above your head. Alas, no power means the kids run the show. It's horrible. IMG cares about one thing -- money. They do not, in any way, care about the house parent (my position of helping operate the dorm).

    Advice to Management

Stop allowing kids to do whatever they want if mommy or daddy calls. It's a horrible place to work for that alone, and I could go on and on about other issues with specific people that work there. I despise the moment I stepped foot on that campus.

    Pros

    Cons

People that work there think they are just as important as the athletes competing. Entitlement everywhere. A majority of the employees are women. THEY PAY YOU PEANUTS! If you enjoy the fake superficial corporate life go ahead

    Advice to Management

Restructure. Pay people a decent salary

    Pros

    Interesting projects with golf management.
    Looks good on the resume.

    Cons

Cleveland operation is significantly smaller in scale than NYC one and although it looks great on the resume, it is not the same experience you would get in NYC.

    Advice to Management

    Do not close Cleveland location

    Pros

They provided lunch every day for the employees and a ton of snacks. Office was very laid back. CEO was very humble and a joy to work with.

    Cons

Company fired all top executives when WME bought them. The atmosphere changed drastically and employees worked week/months not knowing if they had a job in the future or not.

    Advice to Management

Try to pay your employees better. Provide more company benefits and employees will stay longer. Try to promote in house more.
