Pros
During the event we were working 16-18 hour days which brought in some serious overtime. The year-round full time staff are very excited and great people.
Cons
The starting wage is very low at $10 and has been the same for years. With a wage this low, it's virtually impossible to maintain a quality crew.

There are some great people working at IMG who have done and are doing great things

Talent is not utilized in the best way and a lot of times you have to create your own path. The company is also very divided by division, and while there is some overlap in work, most groups could operate autonomously.

Great people. Great company. Extremely valuable experience. I was openly encouraged to network with whomever I wanted, and was treated with the same respect as a full time employee.

No pay, but didn't matter to me because coming to work was a privilege. Also, IMG doesn't have to many entry level positions.
