    I worked at IMI

    Pros

Ftse, 250 business which is very good for talent. Lots of personal development and good training, but restricted to identified talent.

    Cons

Hidden job market even for internal candidates. Lack of progression opportunity, operational challenges, culture of explaining result rather than action to address the result.

I worked at IMI full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of opportunity to travel, good training, excellent work opportunities in different areas of the company. You need to take ownership of your programme, and make the most of it. You have an excellent opportunity to be recognised by top management

    Cons

Poor organisation of visas, bad communication with headquarters HR, and (unless you have a mentor) no real progression in terms of difficulty of placements. Not the greatest pay.
