I have been working at IMKO full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great company to work for. Ethical people from front office to Management. They look out for the associates that work for them.

    Cons

When you work at an Employment Agency you will never have a daily or regular routine day at work. It constantly changes every day.

I have been working at IMKO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours, decent pay, laid back office setting, all the different types of people you get to meet (as long as you like that)

    Cons

FAKE! Thata's the only word that comes to mind. People will tell you to your face what they think you want to hear and the second your back is turned, it's something else. People picking sides. People picking favorites. Regardless of how hard you work, it goes unnoticed but the second you do something they don't like/agree with, they're all over that. No room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better. Take notice to what they do. If it wasn't for us, you wouldn't have the business you do or make the money you do. Make surprise unannounced visits to your offices so you can see what is really going on. Have one on ones with people other than the managers to get a real feel of what is happening in the office and who is doing what.

I worked at IMKO full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Unlimited access to personal information that is utilized by managers to cause harm to others.

    Cons

Their management will tell you what you want to hear to get you out of their office. They do not return phone calls or messages on purpose. They steal money from their clients, easy to do when they are in control of payroll. Think about it.

    Advice to Management

As an employment agency I would think you would screen your own employees at least under the same scrutiny you are payed to do for other companies. It is a shame that your own employees would not even qualify to work for your clients.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at IMKO full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

People come first. As an internal staff member you are there because the owner's want your there, you matter. Team environment, flexible scheduling (dept based), long term capabilities

    Cons

No retirement, 401K available. Long variable hours can be common and unpredictable. Working with people from diverse backgrounds and socio-economic groups can be challening

    Advice to Management

Continue to put people first, insurance is now more important than ever, praise goes a long way

    I worked at IMKO full-time

    Pros

Laid back, no rules, no structure, no accountability, come and go as please

    Cons

Laid back, no rules, no structure, no accountability, come and go as please, no training, no sense of team, owner's work against each other which pulls employees into taking sides, unprofessional, could go on and on, made up titles for owner "pet's"

    Advice to Management

Grow up, take business etiquette class or better yet sell to someone who knows how to manage their people.
