    I worked at IMRB

    Pros

Good for learning. You can learn new skills , you can learn different tools of research but exposure of projects is there but exposure of category is not there.

    Cons

Worst Management, low pay, no Work-Life balance, Management is worst & Draconian especially for International Business Unit. Very depressing & favoritism prevails. HR is just a puppet.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at IMRB full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

    - Best name in the MR industry

    Cons

    - No exposure to other divisions, resulting in boredom after a point - For employees who spend 4-5 years in the organization, pay not commensurate to work done. Remuneration gets stagnant after a point.

    Advice to Management

It's around the 3 or 4 year mark when work can start getting mundane. Have to offer job rotation opportunities if the company wants to retain its good employees.

I have been working at IMRB

    Pros

It has an awesome culture - very friendly, cooperative and provides a good support system. Fringe benefits like evening snacks, dinner, saturday lunch, conveyance are very convenient for those who stay alon

    Cons

Work life balance - My God! it's one of the worse. This creates a huge likelihood of taking toll of your health. However, it also depends how you handle the work pressure and how much can you effectively prioritize and delegate.

    Advice to Management

Focus on people and empathize with them. Work pressure might be there, but atleast showing empathy and recognizing the issue serves as a motivator
