      Negative Outlook

I have been working at IMRB full-time

      Pros

      Good learning experience for freshers

      Cons

Long working hours (more than 12 hours everyday), expected to work on weekends and be available at all times, old processes in the company, all blames will be on juniors for all the things. you are expected to know everything from day 1.

      Advice to Management

      Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at IMRB full-time for more than a year

      Pros

good learning environment, helpful co workers, reputed clients, interesting work, responsibilities are given very early after joining, if somebody is really into MR & doesn't mind giving up personal life then this is the place to be(provided he/she has excellent survival skills)

      Cons

no work life balance, average working hours per day can range from 12-18, not to mention that you are expected to work on weekends as well, increments are minimal & salary is peanuts as compared to the amount of efforts you are expected to put in, HR policies are non existent thanks to the senior management which treats the employees like school children/ daily wage earners

      Advice to Management

Just because some people in the senior management are workaholics & don't have a life; it doesn't mean that nobody should have one. Solve this issue before the brain drain to other MR agencies goes out of hand
