    Negative Outlook

I have been working at IMRE full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly environment on the ground, with friendly and helpful colleagues. Sophisticated equipments and good learning opportunities from peers. Great working culture with most of the researchers wanting to do good and contribute back to society.

    Cons

Poor top-down communication, changes in appointment of staff are not announced to all. No sense of market intelligence and strategies, senior management living in their ivory tower. Both the research and admin directors are always pushing their weight around.

    Advice to Management

Feel the ground more. Be more open to criticism and communication. The office has adopted an open concept to promote communication but the senior management are not walking the talk.
