    Pros

Company has great growth potential and possible takeover target

    Cons

    Advice to Management

choose only a few things to get done right instead of many that dont get done

I have been working at INC Research full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Supportive management and a positive work environment
Salaries are at fair market value or better and INC will do market adjustments if needed
INC is a growing financially healthy company
HQ move to Morrisville will help recruitment and visibility. I know many people who won't even apply at INC right now due to the current out of way locations in north Raleigh
Up to date EDC and CTMS technology
Industry competitive benefits (except tuition reimbursement)

    Cons

Management can be a little too nice, leading to a lack of accountability and too much dead weight
Career growth not emphasized, especially if you want to move between functional areas
Now INC is a public company, there is more emphasis on the immediate bottom line leading to some poor decisions (i.e. layoffs of CDAs)
    No tuition benefits

    Advice to Management

Work harder to create a true "Culture of Opportunity"

Very laid back company. Many paid days off and holidays given. Great competitive pay and will negotiate pay rate if you were given another offer.

    Cons

Seems as though there's a disconnect at times between departments when working together.

I have been working at INC Research full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, new managers open to change, standup desks, new technology, HR working on improving culture, training managers, and being an employer of choice. The company grew fast and infrastructure did not but they are trying to fix it which is truly a positive and important to INC. Turnover is no different from any other CRO and INC is working to improve it by adding its own CRA program for example.

    Cons

Maybe better bonus structure and tuition reimbursement.

    Advice to Management

None. I think INC is moving in the right direction. Change is never overnight but working towards improvement shows management cares.
