I have been working at INDEPENDENCE REHAB full-time

    Pros

The co-workers you have tend to be fun, relatable, trustworthy, and friends-to-be individuals. The work is independent and usually uninterrupted. The patients are friendly.

    Cons

The health benefits are not great. There is no consistency. It is an old company, but the rules and settings are always changing. The outpatient part is unaccredited and still unorganized. Communication between supervisors and corporate is slow.

    Advice to Management

Any plans you want to execute, please have a detailed plan on how that execution would work realistically, and be able to express the benefits.
