    Pros

    The ethics of ING it is admirable, they have a high sense of values in the Corporation World Wide and it matters most than earnings!

    Cons

    It was centralized everything related to payroll or any situation, which means that We have to be so patient, without saying the Long time waiting over the phone!

    Very challenging and exciting working environment, felxible working hours, Collaboration, Samart and Talented Managers

    Transportation is very weak, also Lunch Quality is low.

    Pros

    Typical level of work and life balance in a typical commercial bank working environmemt

    One of only handful banks that have minimal business compliance issues

    Employment longevity

    Cons

    Nothing ever changes

    No exciting reward for distinguished results

    Avg age of employees is presumably around 45

    Advice to Management

    Should continue focusing on conventioanl commercial banking business and stop trying to be google

    Pros

    The actuarial program was a robust and helpful one. As a result, actuarial material was readily availble to assist with the exam process.

    Cons

    Management was not transparent. Therefore, the overall end goal of projects was not communicated which stunts career growth.

    Advice to Management

    Management's transparency something which should be addressed so that actuarial students get the full benefit of the actuarial program.
