    Sunny open plan office, good coffee.

    Cons

    People are extremely unwilling to help or do anything at all, there is constant complaining and negative atmosphere, no team (work) !

    Stop concentrating on the problems, but focus on solutions.

    Pros

    Working at IPE for more than a year now. The plus points include Work life Balance, Approachable Bosses and Affable work environment.

    Cons

    No standard slabs for designations/salaries and alternate Saturdays are working.

    I had the freedom to express my views. My ideas were respected. I had a good team to work with.

    I didn't get any annual bonus. I worked in exigency areas and they could have considered to provide additional incentives.

    To consider additional incentives for employees who work in difficult regions.
