Great Company, great product, great culture
Oct 5, 2022 - OperationsRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
People care and want to help. Product really meets a need for the customers (check out the Gartner reviews). Everyone has a chance to make a difference and make an impact. Smart and hard working coworkers (for the most part).
Cons
The management team is committed to a truly hybrid culture. When we are in office, we are expected to be in office which is great for collaboration. It also really helps learning and working together. So not really a con, but others should be honest with themselves. If you want to be fully WFH, this isn't the place. But this is a great place for work/life balance, learning and getting to do fulfilling work that helps you move learn way faster than you would elsewhere.

Pros
Great culture with lots of events and perks, especially if you are in office. Leadership is right beside you and available at anytime to help or listen. The team works really hard to be professional and market leaders. Their mission is inspiring to be a part of.
Cons
Leadership boasts transparency and wants to embody it, but often the communication is messy and disjointed. Layoffs bred distrust among remaining employees.

Pros
it's good technology run to the ground by the "board"
Cons
C-level and VP heavy with sacrifices always coming from down the line - the "board" decides everything

Pros
Truly couldn't be happier! My fellow coworkers are supportive and kind. Work life balance is a top priority as well as general wellness ( PTO, wellness allotment, etc.) and professional development. Feedback is requested and the results are discussed and put into action. The office is welcoming and filled with a variety of offerings for everyone to enjoy (being allergy friendly is a huge plus). Amazing benefits for a growing organization. Our leaders are extremely transparent and very approachable.
Cons
None that I can thing about at the moment.

Pros
They care about you as a person. They encourage you to grow and learn more in where you want to take your career. The environment and employees are very welcoming. Good work from home balance. Often times open and honest about the company. Willing to learn from employees and change.
Cons
They are a tech start up who is rapidly growing and changing, this always has growing pains. Higher positions need work on how to manage others. Hard to build connections with some employees.

Strong product, strong team - and great culture and benefits!
Aug 29, 2022 - Regional Account ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Best medical insurance I have ever had - great benefits in general - Growing quickly with some wonderful talent, and still retaining a strong culture - Great product with rapid innovation - Truly care about customers - Global team with shared goals - Annual company retreat that will blow you away
Cons
Growing pains/Opportunities that you would expect in this phase of a rapidly growing organization

Pros
Great product that fills a need in the market. Lots of competition though
Cons
The CEO is delusional and lost on how to lead and grow the company. Prior to Ironscales, he had no business or leadership experience and it shows. Interview them as much as they are going to interview you. The CFO is super cheap too and wants to negotiate down everything he sees. They will be way more successful once the CEO either checks his ego or is removed in favor of a more capable leader.

Category-creating cybersecurity innovators poised for exponential growth
Feb 7, 2021 - Senior Vice President of Marketing in Orlando, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I joined IRONSCALES in September of 2020 and am grateful ever day that I did. The innovative cybersecurity platform first drew me to the company. The company solves a growing problem in an unprecedented way. The culture convinced me it was the right place for me. I can’t recall ever enjoying my daily work more than I do at IRONSCALES. Like many, I do my most effective work when my daily tasks are connected to a greater purpose. There is no end in sight to the lengths that threat actors will go to compromise cyber security. At IRONSCALES, we are protecting the innocent from those with ill-intent every day. That is intrinsically satisfying. The company vision, roadmap, financials and strategy are rock solid, and I’m excited about the growth we’ll enjoy over the next five years.
Cons
The company is a Series B start up. That, in itself, isn't a negative, but it does mean that certain processes and programs that one might be accustomed to at a larger company are still in the design and testing phases here. If you view that not as an obstacle but as an opportunity, you will thrive at IRONSCALES. If you expect all aspects of operations to be fully formed, it may be too early for you to join IRONSCALES.

Fast-paced and fast-growing company that really is striving to promote an amazing company culture
Aug 11, 2021 - Customer Success Manager in Atlanta, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people and the culture are fun and energetic! Management all the way up to the CEO try and stay close to what's really happening with our customers - and what they are wanting to get out of the product. We are experiencing extremely fast growth so career opportunities are endless. Amazing benefits like catered lunches, paid company outings, 401k, great (& affordable) health insurance, dental, and vision plans. company-paid cell phone, kitchen loaded with snacks, seltzer water, coffee, WFH days, great PTO plan & more.
Cons
This isn't really a con for me personally, but some may find the "start-up" environment challenging. If you don't like change or like being self-taught, this may not be the place for you.
