    Work from home to be closer to my son. I can work all the over time I want. No weekends unless I choose to

    Pros

    - Fairly easy once you get the hang of it - you just open Mail for 8 hrs - people were nice but mostly you just keep to yourself

    Cons

    - wish the lunch was an hour, had 30 min lunches - can be tricky to understand the Mail sorting process at first but once you get the Rhythm it’s not that bad

    9-5 government job. Salary raises every year. Good performance bonuses.

    Cons

    Disorganization at the management level. Constant changes in small windows of time. Nobody knows what’s going on.
