    Pros

    A lot of smart people
    Interesting work and projects.
    Leading company
    Keeps growing significantly
    Nice environment
    Good work / life balance

    Cons

There is not that much investment in areas different from the core business.
You do need to show your work.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to keep exploring many other areas outside the energy industry to start diversifying the income sources.

    Pros

ISA is the biggest energy transport company in South America, and the second biggest company in Colombia, it has an excellent work enviroment, good benefits and compensation and highly motivated employees overall, pretty much everyone is proud to work there.

    Cons

It is very hard to get a promotion, the career plans are not very well defined so after a couple of years people tend to feel that they're stuck in the same position and start to loose motivation towards the company.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the employees, your have very talented people, define a career plan so they wont loose their motivation.
