I have been working at ISES full-time

    Pros

Ample parking, a Keurig machine and a reasonable amount of time off

    Cons

For a company that promotes themselves as a "woman owned business" they generally treat their female employees with contempt and offer them lower pay than that of their male counterparts. Laden with a profusely burned out and extremely catty middle manager, not to mention an outdated husband/wife ownership team, whose business practices are often questionable, ISES is dying a slow painful death. The obvious strife between middle and senior management tends to make the working environment very uncomfortable for the other employees in this company. They micro-manage everyone's work in the company to a bizarre and irrational degree, while often ignoring the input of their employees on how to make the company stronger. ISES also offers little to no benefits, has an extremely limited and lowly commission structure and tends to blame everyone, but the inapt management, for the condition of this floundering company. It should also be said that the office building itself is falling apart piece by piece, providing visual proof of their clear financial problems. If you're looking to make money, have growth potential or enjoy a healthy work atmosphere, avoid at all costs.
