    Pros

    Company provides good competitive salary to employees and provides transportation service.

    Cons

    Company has small workforce and too much work for a person. Many times you have to work for exrended hours and 6days week

    Advice to Management

    Increase workforce.

    Work emphasis could have been on significant tasks.
    Increase workforce.
    HR is less bothered for the growth of the individuals. HR has no power at all.

    Offer more challenges and to employees and try to develop a creative environment.
    Bring well educated and senior people.

    Pros

    Excellent company to learn about fabrication and welding.

    Cons

    Hell for production engineer.12- 16 hours working culture.No off on sunday. Culture of harassing production engineers. Worst company for a family guy. Immense pressure from the management side. HR is less bother for the growth of the individuals. HR has no power at all.

    Advice to Management

    Please Consider production engineers as human beings, they also have family and they also have the right to live social life and spend time with their family.

    Pros

    It has good market share in industrial boilers and EPC orders in India and abroad. Employees get a good hands on experience working on live projects and lot of learning /exposure is there in that aspect.

    Cons

    1. Saturdays are working- alternate
    2. Flexi timings are not there
    3. Work from home option is not there
    4. Work load is little higher

    Basic learning
    Salary on time and job security

    Cons

    ITI level guys are propoted to senior level with zero technical & communication skills.
    Politics like kids do in school time.
    No infra and HR policies for employee
    Salary is very less
    Increment negligible
    always work pressure and no learning on international standards. They even don't have there own standards.
    If you can think like a ITI & Diploma guys so you can join this company.. if dont look for other option.

    Bring well educated and senior people.

    Open to your ideas, suggestions
    Support of seniors and higher management
    Knowledge sharing and site visits
    Flexibility in attendance due to allowed facilities of 3 Forget Punch, 2 Short Leaves, 3 Late Punch every month
    Timely Salary and Good online portals for checking salary and other reimbursement details

    Cons

    No allowances for extra hours spent
    Not all weekends are OFF which makes it hectic
    HR needs lot of improvement
    Few departments are enjoying all luxuries in comparison to others

    Advice to Management

    One on one meeting / Department wise meetings to be taken by Business Head to understand improvement areas or problems employees are facing.
    5 days a week should be adopted.
    HR to organize some employee friendly events

    Good work culture. Nice people to work with. Flexible working hours. Well oriented project management. Good salary and incentives. Well satisfied.

    Lot of work. Sometimes becomes too tedious to work. Improvement in the infrastructure will be highly appreciated. The senior authority needs to involve GET's in all meeting.

    Good Salary, Cheap City, Be a sycophant and get promotions, Managers do not seem like a manager

    Cons

    Poor work ethics, Sycophancy, No canteen, No Bus Service, Six day working, can kick your butt any time, one hour lunch,no ac in office, no laptop
