I have been working at ISGEC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Reputed company in its business segment. A very good place to learn various technologies in industrial boiler like AFBC, CFBC, TG Boilers.

    Cons

    Sometimes unbelievable delivery time.
As you find donkeys everywhere u can also find a large number of donkeys here. No knowledge but confidently proclaims to be an engineer without shame. If you get influenced by these donkeys you will loose your interest in work. The moment you concentrate in your work, ISGEC is a fabulous place to work.

    Advice to Management

Pls find the donkeys in every department and chuck them out of the company.
